Our Staff
James Grice is our Managing Director and Master Medal Mounter / Picture Framer, as such he spends his time floating around all areas! James has an extensive Service history in the Army and Navy with 15 years total service. James has studied Medals, Mounting, and picture framing for the last 7 years, along with some serious Business and Management qualifications. There is not much he doesn't know when it comes to Australian Medals, or international medals, so you’re in good hands.
Meaghan Grice (James’ Wife/Boss) is the newest addition to the team and is primarily the Manager of the retail shop as well as tackling Medal Mounting overflow and conducting Australian medals military research, Meaghan will handle most of your email enquiries and client relations. Meaghan has a background in customer service related roles and spent 7 years in the Royal Australian Navy. Meaghan is the first point of contact for most clients.
Barrie Martin-Henry is our rock, and helps out with just about everything! Barrie has a long history in client focused positions, and a solid service history with time spent as a Load Master in the Air Force and over 30 years service in the Fire Brigade, which he still holds the position of Brigade Chief of his local Brigade.
Benjamin Atkinson has recently joined our team, and has settled into managing most of our Australian medals framing. Ben has a lot of experience in general framing which he has adapted well to our own style of complex framing. Although Ben has no Service experience he does have family members that have served in Australia and abroad who have received Australian Medals. Ben has an artists flair which is well suited to serve your framing needs.
