The Foxhole Medals Club
The Foxhole Club is our way of rewarding our most important customer, YOU!
If you are reading this article then you have most likely already met the minimum criteria to qualify for membership into the Foxhole Club. But first a little about the Club;
The Foxhole Club's primary aim is to reward those who value our products and services. There are no fees or legal jargon, only rewards!
As a Member of the Club you will always get preferential pricing, both online and in store. You will also receive a Club Newsletter, similar to the standard one - but only for Members. In that newsletter, and occasionally on Face book and Twitter you will have first exclusive access to great deals and new products and services.
All you need to do is place one order with us, or be a serving member or ex member to qualify for membership into the club. once your membership has been activated, you will receive preferential pricing 24hrs a day from that point on.
The Club has three membership levels (Olive, Burgundy, & Black). Current Serving Members are offerred the Olive level, Existing clients or Ex-Service people (Defence and Civil) are offerred the Burgundy level. We also have the Black level of membership which is reserved for our Defence Point of Contact Scheme (DPCS) administrators.
DPCS members are those awesome individuals that champion our cause and and provide units the ability to place bulk medal orders directly with us via one point of contact. DPCS members are restricted to one per Unit / Establishment. If your unit does not have a DPCS contact and you wish to apply please do! email us before hand to get the information package prior to your application.
The level of membership you receive will be determined during the application process, depending on the information you have entered into the form.
There is always fine print, and this is what we need you to do before requesting membership:
1. Log on to your account on our website and update your details. If your details aren't kept current we wont be able to send you your membership information and Club Lapel Pin.
2. On the home page of our website you will find a link to apply for membership (this is different to your website account). Click the link, fill out the details and submit the form. We will process your application and if you have met the eligibility criteria we will send all of your membership out to your address and also email you a confirmation with your secret club code for use when buying online.
